For anyone else that's been lacking motivation lately
It's the last few weeks of my sophomore year and it is taking it's toll on me. I have had papers and tests galore lately. With all of the school work I've had I have been finding it hard to commit myself to the gym. My motivation hasn't been so low in a long time. I keep making excuses for myself to why I should have the day off. Today I realized that it needs to stop.
My body deserves better than that. It is not a once a week commitment I made. I made a commitment to push myself and make myself stronger.
This is something I used to say to myself all the time, but when I saw it on pinterest today it was like a reality check.
